Modern Warfare 2 - Tips Tricks and Tactics

The new xbox 360 has come out and it looks fantastic. So what do you think of this new whisper quiet xbox 360?

Kinect the new controller free way of gaming from xbox. This looks to be a big leap forward in technology and personally I cant wait to see it in action. The only ways that I think this could be bad is how long it takes to respond to your body movements and also what games will they bring out for it. I love how you will be able to control your xbox with it. It seems much more accessible and really like it says, controller free! So guys now im asking you what you think. Can you wait for it?

Thats right folks modern warfare 2 is having another map pack this time its the Resurgence map pack. It hits xbox live on the 3rd of June and there is no official release date for PS3. Im geussing its the same deal as last time with it being a month after xbox release.

Its the same old story though as Robert Bolwing announced on the last podcast of major nelson. 5 new maps, 2 old and 3 new. The old ones are strike and vacant and theres even some info on the new maps! The three new maps are Trailer Park, a level featuring "super tight corridors"; Fuel, a sniper-friendly map; and Carnival, a circus that features such attractions as a Ferris wheel and a fun house.

The price is once again a big $15 so im sure there will be much anger from the community. But its a great game and even greater chance for infinity ward to make alot more money!

So hey guys, alot of things have happened since I last talked to you. I got my dazzle and have started to make videos, I have learned alot from youtube and how to make the best video possible which I will be explaining in a later post. I have started to commentate my videos so If you turn up your volume on all my latest videos I will be explaining them. With MW2 out and a worldwide hit treyarch have released there next installment for call of duty lovers. The call of duty black ops game will be coming on the 9th of November 2010. I cannot wait, Modern warfare 2 has many glitches that infinity ward are having big problems sorting out with the activision and infinity ward argument still raging on nobody's clear about and FPS games coming from infinity ward any time soon. And with Halo reach beta very soon. To me it looks to be the end of once a brilliant gaming franchise unless treyarch really do something good. But Lets just see

Recently GUNIT123 has posted two videos that showed the worlds fastest nuke (faked) and also getting a nuke with a knife (faked). He manumitted that he faked his videos in an interview with hutch on his widely watched 'Camp Hutch' series. I believe that this was a very uncool thing to do as he blatantly named it "Worlds Fastest Nuke" He has deceived many people. But at-least he admitted his lie. Well done GUNIT you managed to fool me for a while. Hutch has done us well with the camp hutch episode. I have defiantly lost my trust in GUNIT and will be very wary of any videos I post of him again.

Modern warfare 2 has recently picked up a Guinness world record for having the biggest entertainment launch. This is such a huge achievement for infinity ward and they should be very proud.  There has been some dispute though. Because the $401 million dollar first day revenue is much higher than any other entertainment product it is obviously a huge game. But with other entertainment pieces beating modern warfare on unit sales such as ' The Dark Knight' or the harry potter book. Does modern warfare 2 really deserve this title? Decide for yourself.

Hey everyone, as I said in the recent post I cannot make videos just yet as the splitters haven't arrived yet. I was hoping they where coming today but they haven't so when I checked amazon I found that the expected delivery date is 22nd-26th of April. This is some bad news as I was really really hoping to make some videos for you guys! I will keep you updated on when the videos! But until then please just hold on tight!

Hey everyone, finally I have the dazzle and am going to be recording videos as soon as possible, The problem is that I am waiting on some audio video splitters to come from amazon. I can still record I just have to use the preview screen on my computer. This is only about 2 inches wide and the video is slightly delayed. but I make do. Hopefully there will be a video with tomorrows post! But for now I had to make a small video just to test the quality so here it is:

Recently a team from Corridor Digital made a tribute to mordern warfare 2 by creating a short film called frozen crossing. Featuring ghost and a very unlucky sniper. This is one amazing short film and really uses good affects and sounds. Very realistic settings aswell. Anyway take a look!

This is the news of GUN1T123 of getting the worlds faster nuke. This video is crazy he gets the nuke in 30 seconds. He was very lucky to get that first 6 in 1 kill. But do you think this took much skill? He got a 6 in 1 with a grenade, but to get this 6 in 1 he would leave and join games until he got it. After this it was just his killstreaks that got him the nuke. Well done GUN1T123! Id love to see if anyone beats you now. (which I doubt)

Well after today the double xp fun will end and there will be no more insane 2000xp headshots in search and destroy. It was good while it lasted. Hopefully players will recive the double xp fun when the map pack comes out for them on the 30th of April. But wait! When fourzerotwo announced the end to double xp on twitter he also mentioned that the team tactical will be brought back. he said:

Bad News: Double XP on MW2 ends today, so get it while its good! Good News: When we update the playlist, we're bringing Team Tactical back!

This hopefully means that the team tactical will be first person. But how many player will it be? I would love a 3v3 team tactical again as the 4v4 seems like there is alot more running and gunning and it not so tactical like it should be. I would also love a 2v2 doubles playlist like from halo. In my opinion this would be a huge success and I would defiantly be playing that. Lets see what happens!
