Modern Warfare 2 - Tips Tricks and Tactics

The Barrett 50 Cal, This sniper rifle was first in call of duty 4 and was hugely successful now with the same gun in modern warfare 2 it has had the same impact. Its very high damage and very high fire rate has made this a brilliant sniper. There are many discussions on which is better, the intervention or Barrett. My opinion is that both snipers can be used for different things. The Barrett has a higher rate of fire so I would use this while playing more aggressive tactics. Dont get me wrong you can still do this with the intervention, the low rate of fire make it harder to get multiple enemies though. There are certain attachments that can be used really well with the Barrett, I would say that thermal sight is the best for this as it makes enemies light up like a Christmas tree also FMJ can be used to enable more bullet penetration. Overall I would say that this is an amazing sniper and should be used in the right circumstances for devastating effect.
